An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. gold999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Active promotional balances and bonus funds with elapsed validity periods will be forfeited automatically.

Suspected bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived balances.
All random outcomes on gold999 — including slot results, RNG table game outcomes, and virtual sport results — are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG produces outcomes that are statistically random, unpredictable, and not controllable by gold999 or any other party.
The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game's information panel. RTP represents the expected long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players across all sessions and is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Any dispute between you and gold999 that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or such alternative dispute resolution process as may be prescribed by PAGCOR from time to time.
Before initiating any formal dispute, players are required to contact gold999 support in writing and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution. PAGCOR dispute escalation procedures are available to players who are not satisfied with gold999's internal resolution.
gold999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
